The Calumet Index -- Greater Pullman's War Years

You are at Home -> The People of Pullman -> The Calumet Index

Introduction & Index

The Calumet Index, a community newspaper, published a ten-page section Greater Pullman's War Years on August 15, 1945 which listed the names of local men and women who gave so much for our country's freedom - those who were captured, missing in action and/or deceased.

Not all local servicemen and women were included in this publication.

The names were published in a month-by-month format from December 1941 through August 1945 and generally included the names of the parents and/or spouse. Some photographs are included. This index provides easy access to a particular name.
